Ordering

Products to be ordered are chosen from the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order will be sent by paying the contents of the shopping cart during checkout. By ordering, you accept these delivery terms, prices of the products and shipping costs. If an e-mail address is given during checkout, an order confirmation will be sent. The products and their prices are presented in the order confirmation.

Payments

Payment provider for the webstore is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, Business-ID 2486559-4), which is registered to the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervision Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown on the account statement and invoice as the payee. Payment is secure, since all information regarding the transaction are transferred using an encrypted connection so that no third party will see the information of the transaction. The sale is made between the webstore’s customer and webstore. The webstore is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through Visma Pay service you can pay with online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or in installments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankki, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, as well as Jousto and Enterpay invoice to companies.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online shopping from the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged from the debit card attached to the wallet. If it is not possible to charge the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the webstore.

Jousto invoice and installments is a domestic service, which allows you to shop fast and securely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their finances properly. With Jousto you will receive a 30 day interest-free and cost-free payment period. When you receive the invoice, you can choose to pay it once or in installments. With installments, you can pay the invoice in up to 36 installments, starting from 9,90 €/mo. The cost of Jousto installments is 3,90 €/mo and credit interest of 19,90%. Delivery

Orders are delivered on working days. Products delivered from our stock are usually delivered in 2-10 working days. If the products are ordered products, the delivery time is usually 2-19 days max or more if stated otherwise on the product page. The delivery costs are determined by the delivery method, possible additional services, as well as the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs from the checkout before the final confirmation of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during the delivery, it should be noted immediately or within 14 days to the webstore. The company responsible for the delivery should be immediately noted for damaged packages.

Returns

The customers of the webstore have a 14-day right for replacements and returns, according to consumer protection laws. The customer has the right to replace or return a part or all of the products of the order. Returned and replaced items should be in their original packaging and fit for sale. If you want to return or replace products, please contact the webstore and ask for instructions for returning. Please attach your name, contact information and account details for possible reimbursement. Gymduke is not responsible for the cost of returning products of the order.

Canceling orders, error liability and reclamations

You may cancel the order before delivery by a written notice to e-mail.

The webstore has a statutory liability for defects in the sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
